• Unit: RT — must have travel experience and 2-5 years' experience in critical care
• Areas covered: all hospital areas except NICU (ER, ICU, pediatric medsurg, and other medsurg/tele areas)
• Certs: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• NPS: if want to work in NICU; CA state requires RRT (will not accept CRT)
• EMR:
  Cerner
• Charge Nurse:
  Charge RT on 24/7
• Weekend Requirement: every other
• Holidays: one major holiday required
• Scrub Color:
  Black
• Tele: GE
• Vents:
  Hamilton, G5, C1, MR1, Galileo's
• Hospitalist or Intensivist in house:
  Hospitalist 24/7
• IV Team: NO
• RT 24/7:
  Yes
• Pharmacy 24/7:
  Yes
• Shifts:
  
  12 hrs 6-630, weekends assigned, some flexibility for week schedules; schedules made out about 3-4 weeks in advance
• Floating:
  To all areas except NICU
• Floor specific orientation: 2 days
• Common diagnosis/Types of patients: breathing treatments, ABGs, EKGs, etc.
• Additional Notes: travel experience and 2-5 years' experience in critical care; duties/equipment include interpulm percussion, high flow neonatal nasal cannula, heli-ox, aero-gen nebulizers, non invasive ventilation
