Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a day shift assignment, requiring at least 2 years of CT and x-ray experience and current BLS certification.
Responsibilities- Position is in a CT Scan department with adult patient population
- Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30 with weekend coverage required
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Requires ability to work both x-ray and CT modalities
- Independent work as well as collaboration with other departments is expected
- Role requires the ability to work independently
- Collaboration with other departments is part of daily responsibilities
- Training on workplace violence prevention must be completed via approved resources
- Minimum of 2 years of CT and x-ray experience
- Current and valid California licensure required if applicable
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required
- Certification in workplace violence prevention (can be completed via approved trainings)
- Ability to start IVs
- Must be able to work weekend shifts
