O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local therapy provider that is seeking a Registered and California‑Licensed Occupational Therapist to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work with client demographics including pediatrics, school‑aged children, and early intervention in school‑based settings. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, adaptable, and eager to provide exceptional care across multiple environments.
Occupational Therapist Compensation & Benefits- $41.00 – $57.70 per hour (based on experience)

- 30–40 hours per week (full‑time or part‑time options)
- Monday to Friday, flexible 4‑hour or 8‑hour shifts
- Plan and manage schedules for client sessions
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement therapy programs tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and healthcare providers for comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
- Current California Occupational Therapy License (required)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Previous experience in pediatric, school, or outpatient settings preferred; local candidates without experience may be trained
