Responsibilities
- The Scheduling Coordinator coordinates centralized scheduling activities for the facility.
- Serves as a resource for physician surgeon offices regarding scheduling needs.
- Provides training to physician office schedulers to ensure efficient departmental operations.
- Assists management with daily operations, including maintaining staff records and licenses.
- Coordinates block scheduling to maximize OR utilization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Three (3) years experience in Perioperative/Centralized scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required (experience may be accepted in lieu of education).
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership experience.
- Knowledge of computerized information systems for the operating suite.

Pay Range: $34.50 - $42.03/hour
