Occupational Therapist:
Out-Patient and Early Intervention Hybrid - Part-Time

Pay: $55–$65 per hour.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess infants' and toddlers' motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and in collaboration with the child's family and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self‑care skills, and play skills.
• Incorporate evidence‑based practices and therapeutic techniques into treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide education, support, and home‑based strategies for promoting optimal development and functional independence.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed.
• Supervise COTAs.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE‑accredited college or school.
• Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Specialization or experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory integration techniques, fine‑motor skills development, adaptive equipment, developmental milestones and age‑appropriate assessment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and family‑centered approach to therapy.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
• Reliable transportation with car insurance.
