Adjunct Instructor of ASPIRE-Degree Completion (Pool)

Director of Degree Completion

The ASPIRE Simpson University Degree Completion (DC) Program seeks qualified candidates to teach undergraduate courses in Business, Math, Psychology, Teacher Education, and Social Welfare in both face‑to‑face and online formats for the  academic year. This is a part‑time, temporary adjunct faculty position that may be filled as needed through ongoing recruitment. Applicants are contacted and hired year‑round based on university needs.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Professional experience in a related field
  • Experience teaching college‑level courses, preferably in an accelerated online format

  • Perform other duties in accordance with this position as deemed necessary by the Director
Essential Functions
  • Develop syllabus and teach a course as assigned
  • Ability to utilize Canvas for course management and delivery of content
  • Draw from professional experience in related field
  • Work with a diverse student body population
  • Contribute to the work of the Degree Completion team as requested by the Director

Salary: $26 hourly
