We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team. Our multidisciplinary group offers comprehensive care, including orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices. Opportunities include ancillary income from PT, DME, real estate, ASC investments, and hospital call.
Compensation & BenefitsThe position offers a first-year salary of $300,000–$400,000, with partnership and productivity-based income available after one year. Benefits include 401(k), health & dental insurance, paid time off, professional development, relocation assistance, and flexible scheduling.
