Overview
We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team. Our multidisciplinary group offers comprehensive care, including orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices and referring nonoperative cases.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive first-year salary ($300,000–$400,000), with long-term growth potential through ancillary income, facility ownership, and partnership opportunities after one year.

- Work is in-person.
- Opportunities for hospital call and subspecialty practice in hand, sports medicine, or joint replacement.
