Position Details:

• Cardiovascular Surgeon
• Will be employed under Shasta Regional Medical Group, a hospital-owned multi‑specialty medical group.
• Work Schedule:
  
  3 Weeks ON 1 Week OFF; must be available during ON weeks to attend the hospital.
• Call
  
  Schedule:
  
  3 Weeks ON 1 WEEK OFF.
• Procedures:
  Cardiothoracic surgery, TAVR, Da Vinci, CABG, AVR, MVR & Triple AAA.
• A sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance will be provided.

Shasta Regional Medical Center offers the following cardiac services:

• WATCHMAN procedure for atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem.
• Cardio
  
  MEMS System heart failure monitoring device.

Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program:

• Coronary artery bypass grafting.
• Valve repair and replacement.
• Aorta repair.
• Thoracic procedures.
• Vascular procedures.
• Off‑pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery.

Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation. The current compensation range is $462,460 – $649,347. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection, considering skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
