ResponsibilitiesPosition Details:
- Cardiovascular Surgeon
- Will be employed under Shasta Regional Medical Group, a hospital-owned multi‑specialty medical group.
- Work Schedule:
3 Weeks ON 1 Week OFF; must be available during ON weeks to attend the hospital. - Call
Schedule:
3 Weeks ON 1 WEEK OFF. - Procedures:
Cardiothoracic surgery, TAVR, Da Vinci, CABG, AVR, MVR & Triple AAA. - A sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance will be provided.
Shasta Regional Medical Center offers the following cardiac services:
- WATCHMAN procedure for atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem.
- Cardio
MEMS System heart failure monitoring device.
Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program:
- Coronary artery bypass grafting.
- Valve repair and replacement.
- Aorta repair.
- Thoracic procedures.
- Vascular procedures.
- Off‑pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery.
Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation. The current compensation range is $462,460 – $649,347. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection, considering skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
