Anesthesiologist – Redding, California

Shasta Regional Medical Group, a member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our group as a key partner. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive, team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling options.

• Provide general anesthesia for cardiac, orthopedic, general, and thoracic surgeries.
• Exclusions: trauma, OB, and pediatrics.
• Work Monday - Friday with flexible shift options (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
• Call schedule: flexible and negotiable.
• Employment models: permanent full-time or locum, W-2 or 1099 independent contractor.

• Board-eligible or board-certified Anesthesiologist.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration within a multi-specialty team.
• Interest in a key partner role from Day 1.

Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time.

The current compensation range for this role is $450,000-$500,000 annually. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
