Shasta Regional Medical Group, a member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join its hospital-owned multi-specialty group. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide ICU care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with excellent work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient ICU care, averaging 7 patients daily.
• Work 12-hour day shifts, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, including weekends.
• Focus entirely on inpatient critical care, no outpatient responsibilities.
• No additional call requirements.

What We're Looking For

• MD/DO with critical care experience.
• Open to visa candidates, visa sponsorship available.

• Base salary: $550,000 - $600,000 (depending on experience and FMV) plus productivity bonus based on collections.
• Health insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider.

MD or DO from an accredited Medical School

The current compensation range for this role is $,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
