Job Title: Mail Clerk

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $17.50/hr

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

ALTA IT is hiring a Mailroom Clerk for a major health insurance client. The individual will collect information for specified report formats, maintain files, post records, compile statistical data, perform calculations, complete forms, and perform basic typing.

• Gather, compile, and verify information and perform data entry.
• Assist in a variety of administrative matters, including verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness, compiling information, scheduling, and handling and adjusting complaints.
• Work closely with the department’s leadership team to keep abreast of procedure changes and communicate such to team members.

Reliable transportation is required. Training will take place in Owings Mills. Subsequent work location will be Columbia, MD.
