O2 Employment Services is working with a local Law Firm is looking for their next Legal Receptionist. This is a full-time, long-term position located in Redding, CA.

Legal Receptionist Compensation:
  • $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision offered through O2.
Legal Receptionist

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of Legal Office experience - Preferred.
  • 2-3 years of Receptionist or related field - Required.
  • Must have great computer skills.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to be flexible and independent.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tasks.
Legal Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial support to one or more lawyers at the firm.
  • Welcoming, scheduling and conducting initial screenings of new and established clients.
  • Sort mail and record incoming checks.
  • Organize all legal documents and ensure they are updated.
  • Answering emails, phone calls, redirecting calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Order supplies, make files for new cases.
  • Maintains calendars and schedules.
  • Scanning a high volume of important documents with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
