O2 Employment Services is working with a local company who is looking for an Receptionist. This is a full-time, regular role in Redding, CA.

Compensation of the Receptionist:
  • $20 - $22 per hour
  • Vision, dental, medical offered through O2

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications of the Receptionist:
  • Ability to create and maintain organized job files and documentation
  • Strong communication skills for professional customer interaction via phone, email, and in person
  • Proven ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Experience assisting Property Managers or similar roles in a support capacity
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or related office administration - Required
  • Skilled in data entry, scheduling, maintaining databases, and managing filing systems
  • Comfortable processing incoming and outgoing mail and managing general office tasks
  • Detail-oriented and dependable with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Flexible and willing to take on other duties as assigned to support the team
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using standard office equipment
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Be a self-starter who can work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented setting
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance
  • Support general administrative duties including data entry, file management, and assisting property managers as needed
