Are you looking to be part of a fast‑paced, small team in a fast‑growing manufacturing company? We are looking for a production supervisor to support the day to day operations.

Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all wires our customers need; from single wires to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology and food equipment, just to name a few.

We are looking for an organized leader that wants to be part of a hard‑working production team, who can utilize their skills to contribute to the growth of the business!

• Trains, develops, and grows people to support the business in all facets.
• Provides direction in the resolution of technical and production‑related problems.
• Organizes daily and weekly work for operators and able to work beside them.
• Ensures work is completed on time and in full.
• Ensures adherence to Elektro Assemblies policies and procedures.
• Supervises employees in a manner that fosters a safe work environment.
• Provides continuous communication to operations leadership.
• Promotes open communication and trust, affording opportunities for training and growth.
• Mechanically sound and a great problem solver.
• Remains flexible to the needs of the business and performs other functions as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Lean Manufacturing

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• An AA degree is a big plus but not a requirement.
• 3+ years of Manufacturing experience is required.
• Minimum one year of related experience leading production operators.
• Lean Six Sigma Certifications
