Manage the daily operations of the assigned work unit, plan and coordinate activities within the Facilities Management department, and supervise employees. Lead staff through performance management, coaching, and training; provide budgetary oversight, develop work schedules, and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies. Identify and resolve complex client/customer issues, improve processes for efficiency and quality, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in business‑related field and 3 years of supervisory experience, OR Associate’s degree and 5 years of supervisory experience, OR High School diploma/GED and 7 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, team building, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to preempt issues.
• Lean management and/or Six Sigma experience is helpful.

$81,286.40 – $ per year.
