Thur & Fri – 4pm-7pm. Week 2:
Mon, Tues & Fri – 4pm-7pm and Sat & Sun – 12:30pm-7pm.

• Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and meets residents’ specific dietary needs.
• Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques.
• Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures.
• Follows proper procedures for dining room setup.
• Follows proper workflow to stay on task.
• Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant-style service.
• Ensures all dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) are washed, sanitized, and put away before end of shift.
• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction:
• Welcomes residents and initiates conversation.
• Accommodates resident requests such as food substitutions or seating changes.
• Listens to any complaints and responds appropriately; refers issues to the Executive Director and Culinary Director as appropriate.

• Less than 1 year experience

• High School Diploma
• 1 year experience
