Job Description
We are seeking a DTC Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in email-based customer service, ecommerce support, and order management systems and a proven ability to deliver prompt, accurate, and professional written support that resolves customer inquiries end to end.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support via email and web forms.
- Assist with order placement, order status, shipping, returns, and product questions.
- Guide customers to select appropriate products based on stated needs.
- Document and track interactions accurately in Salesforce.
- Escalate product quality or order issues as required.
- Direct customers to stores or online retailers when appropriate.
- Respond to customer feedback and online reviews.
- Maintain records and adhere to service standards and SLAs.
- Partner with product management, supply chain, and marketing to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably supporting ecommerce customers.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and comfort working across multiple systems.
- Detail orientation with sound problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a mostly remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with M3 (Order Management System), EVA Suite/EVA POS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Schedule & Work Environment

ASAP. End Date:
March 26, 2026.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This is a mostly remote role with potential onsite training. Work is computer based and involves extended periods of sitting and typing.
