Overview
Action Behavior Centers is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians to join our clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful, play-based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment that truly values your skills, experience, and growth.

Clinic located at 103 Plaza Dr Red Oak, TX 75154
Schedule
:
Monday – Friday, daytime hours (8am–5pm). May volunteer for an occasional Saturday based on patient needs.

Certification

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy with children using play-based approaches.
- Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with the team.
- Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
- Maintain an active pace throughout the day and stay engaged with children.
- Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification; certification must be active
- RBT exam already passed
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
- Get on and off the floor frequently
- Maintain an active pace throughout the day
- Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- High School/Associate’s Degree: $17–$23.50 per hour
- Bachelor’s Degree: $18–$25.50 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $19–$27 per hour
- Guaranteed full-time hours
- Raises every 6 months
- A clear growth path into leadership roles, including Operations Manager positions, or through the Everest Program to support your BCBA career
