Attendant Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a strong commitment to resident rights and the ability to work effectively with individuals with various disabilities, including developmental disabilities and dementia.

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well‑being of clients.

Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.

Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.

Assist clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary.

Support individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and skill development.

Respect and uphold resident rights at all times while providing care.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of first aid practices is highly desirable.

Experience in dementia care is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs.

Commitment to maintaining a clean environment for client safety and comfort.

Understanding of the unique needs of individuals with disabilities is beneficial.
