Position: COILED TUBING COORDINATOR
Responsibilities
:
Ensure that Trican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is the priority in all activitiesRemain on-call to be immediately available for designated shifts at all timesEnsure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner, job procedures are followed, in addition to appropriate availability of product, equipment, and personnelEstablish and maintain effective communication with all bases to ensure resources of the company are utilized and shared on a company-wide basisOrganize and schedule personnel while ensuring resources are available and utilized adequatelySchedule vacation and other requested time off for employeesComplete and submit all appropriate paperworkMonitor maintenance for mobile equipment while ensuring all required repairs are completed in a timely and precise mannerReport operational deficiencies, accidents, and recognized hazards to managementSuggest improvement in working conditions, employee safety, policy, procedures, and operational practicesField Visits are requiredExperience &
Skills:
Valid Class 1 Driver's licence is requiredMinimum 5+ years experienceHigh school diploma requiredStrong leadership and managerial skillsStrong computer skillsAbility to succeed in a high pace, intensive work atmosphereEffective interpersonal and customer service skillsSafe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requestedExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSkilled in problem-solving techniquesWhat Makes Us Attractive:
