Retail Store Department Head (62010) Responsibilities

• Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organise and maintain inventory

Retail salespersons and sales clerks

Rural area, remote location, willing to relocate, no fly‑in/fly‑out or rotational arrangements available, food service establishment, supermarket/grocery store

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Interpersonal awareness – the role serves an Indigenous community; candidates must demonstrate cultural awareness, respect, and the ability to work effectively in a community‑focused environment.
