. With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
Guide customers in their decor choicesEnsure the achievement of sales objectivesCommunicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedbackManage store merchandising, inventory, and shrinkLead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the storeWhat you Bring:
At least 2 years of Retail Sales Management experienceExperience with achieving sales targetsA passion for interior décor and merchandisingProven ability to coach and develop a team of top performersCommitment to a flexible schedule (Open availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kgWhy Join Urban Barn:
