Gas Bar Attendant (Part-Time) – Central Alberta Co-op

Join our team at South Gaetz Gas Bar in Red Deer. We’re currently seeking a part‑time Gas Bar Attendant to provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Position: Gas Bar Attendant
Part‑time: 24–36 hours per week
Benefits eligible after 3 months
Availability: Weekdays and weekends – mornings, afternoons, evenings

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Perform windshield cleaning and check oil/fluid levels
• Process fuel and merchandise payments efficiently
• Receive, unpack, and display merchandise with care
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Dispense fuel and propane with precision – applicable locations
• Perform car wash cleaning duties as needed – applicable locations
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Team‑player with the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
• Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset; training available
