:Principle Responsibilities
CNM group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services
Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groups
We attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics.
"Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital.
Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required
Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support required within 180 Days
AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required

Pay Range
Pay Range: $130,000 to $145,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
