Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing & Creative Project Specialist will support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for both Xciting Media and our clients.
This role blends digital marketing, graphic design support, website content updates, and light project coordination. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives at the same time.
You will collaborate with designers, developers, and account managers to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple clients
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Design marketing assets such as social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and content management
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal team members to execute marketing initiatives
- Help coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple marketing projects
- Support the development of brand assets and marketing campaigns for clients
- Assist with the production of marketing materials including digital and print assets
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends and emerging tools

Skills and Experience- Experience with digital marketing and social media management
- Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- Basic experience updating websites using CMS platforms such as Word Press, Shopify, or similar systems
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital advertising platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems
- Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency environment is an asset

Nice to Have- Experience working in a creative or marketing agency environment
- Basic understanding of website UX and layout design
- Interest or familiarity with sports marketing, hockey, or ice sports communities is considered a plus

EducationDiploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
