We are currently seeking a shift lead for a manufacturing/production environment in south Edmonton, Alberta.

The incoming candidate will be available for a PM schedule Mon‑Thur 2pm‑12am. The successful candidate will be a red seal or journeyman machinist or millwright and have demonstrated knowledge and experience in an oil and gas component/equipment/machine manufacturing environment. The hired candidate will have worked on pumps, valves, compressors, and be able to successfully direct a team of 5 millwrights/machinists with on the tools requirements a minority of the time as needed.

Great opportunity to work a 4 day week on a steady schedule for a great company. Compensation is $45‑50 per hour range plus a strong extended benefits program.

• Journeyman or Red Seal Machinist or Millwright
• Experience in the production, service, maintenance of valves, pumps, compressors
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to pass company mandated employment drug and alcohol screening per policy
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Legally entitled to work permanently for any employer in Canada
