  • Coordinate delivery across multiple agile teams, leveraging scaled agile practices such as scrum of scrums to maintain cohesion and momentum.
  • Establish robust governance for project performance, including controls, reporting, and system oversight.
  • Champion change management strategies that help teams adapt to evolving priorities and organizational needs.
  • Integrate business analysis into delivery processes to ensure clarity and informed decision-making.
  • Build and sustain a Delivery Centre of Excellence, embedding frameworks for agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor teams to adopt standardized practices, fostering consistency and high-quality outcomes.
Mandatories
  • A degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline; PMP or similar certification is an asset.
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise projects and managing complex portfolios.
  • Expertise in change management and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of agile and waterfall delivery models and how to apply them effectively.

  • Strategic Agility: Navigate a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset, aligning work across functions to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: Embrace new ideas and technologies, using design thinking and data-driven insights to drive transformation.
  • Operational Discipline: Optimize resources and processes to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
  • Inclusive Leadership: Build high-performing, diverse teams and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Decisiveness and Accountability: Make informed decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term objectives.
