Key Duties and Responsibilities
Clean up storage rooms when requiredCleaning and maintenance of surrounding areasGeneral lawn care including planting, hedging, pruning, weedingSnow removal, salting of steps, sidewalks, parking lots and entrancesSpring and fall clean upGeneral maintenance of parking lot, storage room, common areasAssist in removing furniture or appliances from the suites when requiredCleaning of vacant suites to prepare for new tenantsMoping, sweeping, vacuuming for various surfaces, floor, carpeted or tiled common areas, entrances, laundry roomsMake sure all machines and equipment are well maintainedOther related duties as assigned by managerQualifications and Requirements
Experience in landscaping / ground maintenance and cleaning workAble to work outside in all weatherAble to lift a minimum of 50 lbsAble to use various tools- snow blowers, landscaping equipmentMust possess valid driver's license and a vehicleMust successfully complete a security clearanceMust be able to communicate effectively and be able to follow directionMust be able to work on own and have good time management skills
