About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands current social trends, and can develop engaging content that connects with our audience while supporting brand goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company objectives
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages professionally
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to support campaigns and promotions
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Basic graphic or video editing skills are an asset
- Organized and self-motivated
- Trend-aware and adaptable
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for digital marketing and audience engagement
