• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized mobility and rehabilitation plans
• Integrate both physiotherapy and occupational therapy principles into care
• Support residents in achieving independence in mobility, activities of daily living, and meaningful routines
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team to deliver holistic, person-centered care
• Provide leadership and guidance to therapy assistants
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with residents and families

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• Experience in long-term care, supportive living, or geriatric rehabilitation
  
  Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience supervising therapy assistants
• CPR/BCLS certification, clear background checks, and up-to-date immunizations
