EHS Engineer​/Woodlands​/max

Main Job Duties

• Assist Safety Officer to conduct an incident investigation and proposing corrective actions
• Assist on some facilities maintenance activities and KPI reporting
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments & events as and when required
• Administer and assist Safety Officer in all areas of safety planning
• Conduct Safety inspection, routine checks on active project works and activities as well as EHS related audits.
• Perform Fire Safety Manager’s duties.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure EHS related agreements and mandatory licenses are validated, updated and renewed timely.
• Enforce and oversee all in-house safety rules and regulations
• Ensure all the staff and workers are in compliance with WSH Act and Regulations
• Enhances Safety Culture of the site, and provides support in the development and execution of safety culture, which includes promoting safety and occupational health awareness programs, and well‑being of employees.
• Liaise closely with Safety Officer, Project owner, HOD, Supervisor, Workers and HR Department on all safety and health issues
• Liaise with NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSHE issues.
• Update and keep proper safety records, incident reports and statistics
• Update Workplace Safety and Health Committee members on the latest MOM Safety news
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

• Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant role
• Certified Fire Safety Management
• Able to start work in short notice
• Working location:
  Woodlands
• Working hrs:
  Mon to Fri office hours, need to work 1 saturday every month
