Substitute Educational Assistant

Casual Monday - Friday

Must be available on short notice Monday to Friday.

Must be willing to work at all grade levels, providing behavioural and academic support to students.

• Preference given to those with an educational assistant certificate, social work diploma, rehabilitation diploma or students of a Bachelor of Education program that have completed at least one year of studies.
• Experience or education in working with children with complex needs and behaviours preferred
• Comfortable working independently, with minimal guidance.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Able to lift and provide toileting assistance to students from Pre-K to high school.
