Join THE WRITER'S PLACE team to support student recruitment, provide excellent customer service, and assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth tuition centre operations and student success.

• Recruit and enrol students by engaging with prospective customers and explaining course benefits
• Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries and feedback to maintain high satisfaction
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient centre functioning
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and solving problems proactively
• Follow up with customers to drive enrolment and maintain positive relationships
• Maintain a confident, organised, and self-driven approach to meet centre goals
• Accompany female students to the toilet to ensure their safety and comfort

• Work hours:
  
  Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am to 7:30pm;
  Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Centre closed on Mondays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
• Locations:
  Woodlands Galaxy Community Club (5 min walk from Admiralty MRT) and Junction 10 mall (Bukit Panjang MRT)
