Customer Service Officer [Enrichment Center]

Woodlands
Basic Salary: $2600 - $2800
Responsibilities- Handle student enrolment and registration matters.
- Manage school fees collection and payment records.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks of the center.
- Liaise with parents, students, and teachers to ensure smooth communication.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the management.
- Patience and a customer service oriented person.
- Comfortable working in children centric environment.
- Good teamwork.
