Are you a creative, detail-driven fashion designer with a refined aesthetic, strong execution skills, and confidence in using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
? Pearly Lustre, Singapore’s leading original fine pearl jewellery brand, is seeking a responsible and imaginative Creative Designer to elevate our brand visuals across digital, retail, and marketing platforms.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director
, you will work closely with marketing, retail, and product teams to bring the Pearly Lustre brand to life.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading art direction and visual design across branding and marketing campaigns
• Designing high-quality graphics for digital, print, retail, and social platforms
• Translating creative concepts into polished, luxury-focused visuals
• Creating content using a blend of traditional design tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots (product, lifestyle, campaign)
• Supporting photography and videography styling, composition, and post-production
• Contributing to brand identity development and long-term visual strategy
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all outputs

• 5+ years of proven creative design experience
  , preferably in fashion, jewellery, beauty, or luxury lifestyle
• Strong fashion sense and visual judgement
  , with attention to detail and aesthetics
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects),
  Cap Cut
  , and Microsoft Office
• Confident in using AI tools (e.g. generative design, image enhancement, layout ideation, video tools) to improve efficiency and creativity
• Experience in photography and videography is highly advantageous
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• Responsible, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment
