Exterior Project Lead (The "Right Hand")

About the Role:

At Green Ladder Contractors, we don’t just build decks and roofs; we build a team that actually enjoys coming to work. We are looking for an experienced Exterior Specialist who is ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, ensuring our projects (decks, siding, roofing) are executed with “obsessive” attention to detail while keeping the crew’s energy high.

• Detail-Obsessed: You believe the “small things” (like perfect flashing or straight lines) are what make a project great.

• Manage the day-to-day flow of the jobsite from start to finish.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met (The "Green Ladder" way).
• Communicate with the team and the owner to keep things running smoothly.
• Learn & Grow: We will personally train you on estimating, project planning, and the business side of construction.

• Solid experience in exterior renovations (Siding, Decks, or Roofing).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• The ability to lead a crew with respect and a smile.
• The "Green Ladder" Mindset: You're a team player who is hungry to learn our specific systems.

We are willing to train the right person who has solid experience, but has not been a crew lead or site leader before. We love people who have drive to go somewhere!
