A leading construction company seeks a skilled individual to operate a backhoe for snow removal and winter maintenance tasks. Candidates should have at least three years of related work experience, preferably in construction or maintenance. Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing maintenance checks, and ensuring safety protocols. A valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and experience with heavy machinery are required.

This role requires lifting capacity and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
