- Evaluate acquisition opportunities against strategic and financial criteria and manage the pipeline in CRM
- Support transaction processes by organizing meetings, coordinating due diligence requests, and ensuring smooth hand-off to the M&A team
- Direct experience in M&A origination, business development, enterprise software sales, or high-ticket B2B sales
- Proven success in cold outreach, lead generation, and relationship management at the C-suite level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong writing and presentation abilities
- Ability to interpret financial statements and discuss basic valuation drivers
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous CRM management and planning abilities
- Experience in M&A, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive, resourceful work style
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Linked In, and research platforms
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for meetings and events
