We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Project Manager, Business Operations and Mobility Service Providers to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of operational workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business operational management, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Business Operations- Operational Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. - Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies and introduce best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement. - Performance Management:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure operational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Financial Oversight:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to maximize financial performance. - Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure business operations adherе to industry regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies. - Change Management:
Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. - Technology & Automation:
Leverage technology solutions and automation to optimize workflows and improve data-driven decision-making. - Business Analysis:
Gather and analyze business requirements, evaluate operational performance, and deliver actionable insights for executive leadership. - Operational Reporting:
Prepare and present regular operational reports, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership and stakeholders. - Vendor and Partner Coordination:
Oversee relationships with external service providers to ensure quality delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Resource Allocation:
Monitor and optimize allocation of human and technological resources to maximize operational output.
- Project & Program Management:
Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals. - Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, set milestones, and ensure resource availability. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work closely with leadership, finance, HR, and other teams to ensure seamless operations and business success. - Project Tracking & Reporting:
Track project deliverables, monitor progress against objectives, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Risk Assessment:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing issues as they arise. - Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations and comply with industry standards. - Project Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, plans, schedules, and post-project analyses. - Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, managing expectations, and aligning deliverables to business needs. - Continuous Improvement:
Capture lessons learned and implement process improvements for future project success.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent work experience in project and program management, and customer delivery projects/programs.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software, networking, web, or mobility environments.
- Proven business operations management experience.
- Demonstrated on-time delivery of complex programs.
- Experience working in client-facing roles and collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and program management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Tableau, Trello, Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ).
- Ability to navigate rapid changes and ambiguity, applying critical thinking to function effectively in uncertain circumstances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of building and motivating collaborative, productive teams, including remote team members.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing business and technical conditions.
