Position: Sales Admin (Project)

Sales Administrator (Project)

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Administrator (Project) to provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and project teams. This role focuses on quotation preparation, documentation management, ERP system administration, and internal coordination to support smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and issue quotations in accordance with inputs from the sales and project teams.
  • Create, update, and maintain Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) in the ERP system.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and project teams to facilitate daily operations.
  • Manage and maintain company and project documentation in line with internal policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. finance, procurement, operations) to support project coordination and documentation flow
    .
  • Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and documentation for audit, compliance, and reference purposes.
  • Perform other reasonable administrative duties related to sales and project support as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, project administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or similar business systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in an engineering, construction, or project-based environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
