About the role

What you’ll be doing- Manage and maintain office records, files and databases
- Prepare and process various administrative documents
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and travel arrangements
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to improving office efficiency and procedures
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks
