Responsibilities
- Full sets of accounts and financial report preparation (P/L, B/S, AR, AP)
- Maintain proper Chart of Accounts
- Perform daily accounting and finance duties including receivables and payable processes
- Budget and payment planning
- Cashflow report
- Payroll preparation
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Liaise with bankers
- Monthly stock take and update result in system
- Filing of GST
- Liaise with auditor and corporate secretarial
- Tax preparation and submission
- Improve and maintain internal financial systems, controls and policies
