Legacy Accounting LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants strives to deliver excellent service to small and medium sized businesses and individuals in central Alberta. We need to add a senior accountant to our team of dedicated staff. We are looking for a self‑motivated, team player with experience in public practice and an interest in pursuing a career in client service. Preference will be given to candidates with strong communication and technical skills, knowledge of Case Ware, Taxprep, and Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage a client workload and relationships.

Candidates with an accounting designation and prior public experience are preferred.

• Preparation of compilation and review engagements
• Financial statements
• Corporate and individual tax returns
• Financial analysis and tax planning

• Experience in public practice
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Knowledge of Case Ware, Taxprep, and Microsoft Office
• Accounting designation preferred

Employee benefits are available after a three‑month probation period. Benefits include Alberta Blue Cross, Health Spending Account, and life insurance.

Full‑time. Pay: $50,000.00‑$ per year. Overtime available during tax season. Starts as soon as possible. Vacancy: 1.
