Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in delivering personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

-Help residents/patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and work activities.

-Support treatment plans for residents/patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.

-Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.

-Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Requirements:
Valid OTA license or ability to obtain. (New Grads Encouraged to Apply!) Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and patient needs. Positive, patient-centered attitude with strong communication skills. Salary:
