As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play an important front‑line role in an outpatient clinic setting, combining clinical focus with operational leadership. Health‑care experience is not required.

• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver optimal patient care.
• Financial Management. Oversee clinic’s operations and performance: budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supplies and compliance.
• Autonomy. Run your clinic independently while receiving support and guidance from the director, regional peers and company leadership.

• Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards.

• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in management (healthcare, business, military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
• Current license to practice as Loving Conflict. If required by state, or CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Collaboration to thrive in this role – you will work daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned to business needs.
• Other qualifications and skill combinations may be considered at the discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.

The Salary Range for the role is $88,400 – $140,000 per year. Compensation will also depend on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
