As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play an important front‑line role in an outpatient clinic setting, combining clinical focus with operational leadership. Health‑care experience is not required.
Responsibilities- Patients come first. Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement.

- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver optimal patient care.
- Financial Management. Oversee clinic’s operations and performance: budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supplies and compliance.
- Autonomy. Run your clinic independently while receiving support and guidance from the director, regional peers and company leadership.

- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards.

- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. - Minimum one year experience in management (healthcare, business, military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
- Current license to practice as Loving Conflict. If required by state, or CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Collaboration to thrive in this role – you will work daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned to business needs.
- Other qualifications and skill combinations may be considered at the discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.
The Salary Range for the role is $88,400 – $140,000 per year. Compensation will also depend on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
