Pay Range
$28.35 - $31.39 /hour
- The Environmental Aide performs a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain all areas of the hospital in a clean, sanitary manner and presents a safe, attractive environment for patients, visitors and staff. The Environmental Aide may be required to work outside of the regularly scheduled work area or take on additional responsibilities to meet the needs of the hospital at any time.
The Environmental Aide must develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff while also promoting the hospital s values and mission statement.
- High School graduate/GED or one year recent work experience.
- Maintaining good working relationships with all hospital departments by providing service and open communications.
- Previous housekeeping experience particularly in a health care setting.
