As a Flight Clinician with PHI Health, you'll be at the forefront of critical care, providing rapid response and advanced medical assistance during emergencies. Your role is vital in ensuring swift, effective medical transport.

• Perform specialized functions, assessments, diagnoses, therapies, and emergency treatments for transported patients.
• Accurately document assessment and treatment information during stabilization and transport.
• Maintain complete billing documentation for patient transports.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and external/internal customers.
• Support PR and marketing activities.
• Maintain knowledge through meetings, reviews, equipment checks, skill labs, rotations, and continuing education.
• Complete annual competency requirements.
• Maintain active certifications, including paramedic and others as required.
• Work under the licensure of the Medical Director and report to the Program's Manager and Director.
• Adhere to local Department of Health regulations and scope of practice.

• Variable schedule.

• Active RN license in the practice state.
• At least 3 years (preferably
  5) of critical care/emergency experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and additional certifications; NRP and instructor certifications preferred.
• Complete CFN within 24 months of hire.
• Flight or transport experience preferred.
• Successful completion of PHI orientation program.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.
• Meet weight and physical requirements for flight.
• Basic computer skills.

• Potential annual earnings from $97,452 to $139,208 ($28.73 - $41.01/hour).

• California candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, potentially totaling up to $50,000 with overtime.
