Title:Title Clerk
FLSA:Hourly
Purpose:Processes invoices for each complete unit to the dealer, including the title transfer and all related documentation.
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:- Prepare necessary paperwork for units upon completion
- Assist with internal audit requests, as needed
- Respond to dealer or customer inquiries
- Assist with title discrepancies
- Process and track dealer rebate and salesperson spiff payments
- Ability to work individually and with a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates ability to be work ready and meet deadlines
- Proficient use of a computer & Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Demonstrates good judgement; approachable and professional; problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized
- Strong work ethic
