Schedule: Part-time available on the weekends

SAT&SUN-7:30am-3:30pm

Iron Rock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to oversee operations at a residential area in Red Bank. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control
. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with opportunities for growth within Iron Rock Security.

• Manage and monitor access control points
• Conduct regular patrols of the residential property
• Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports
• Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

• Previous security experience required
• Access control experience required
• Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)
• Strong communication and report‑writing skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• $17-18/hour
• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available
